Is a food supplement based on alpha lipoic acid that provides an amount of 250 mg per daily dose. Lipoic acid is a natural compound, present both in the body and in some foods. R-ALA is a 50% racemic alpha lipoic acid formula (R). Chemically alpha lipoic acid is a non-essential fatty acid with a well-defined structure that contains two sulfur atoms and a chiral center, giving rise to the enantiomeric forms R and S.

INGREDIENTS: Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), alpha lipoic acid (racemic 50%), capsule [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl-methyl-cellulose), colour (copper complexes of chlorophylls, chlorophyllins)], bulking agent (carboxy-methyl-cellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

WARNINGS: Store in a cool, dry place. Heat and sunlight may damage the bottle. Keep out of the reach of children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Don´t exceed the recommended daily dose. Diabetic people should consult their physician before taking this product. May contain traces of gluten, milk, egg, soy, celery, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, fish, molluscs and crustaceans.

Take a daily dose (1 capsule) with a meal.
